The aged-care complex Overbos is to be replaced as it no longer meets current housing and care needs. Through collaboration with Drost en Van Veen Architecten, the landscape design, exterior space and architecture work optimally together. 

By dividing the new building in three volumes, exceptional vistas on the forest and optimum sun orientation are achieved. The parking requirements demanded special attention. The parking was worked in to the topography and forest in locations where parking expansion would be possible if the function of the building were to change. Thus, the landscape around the new building can develop sustainably.
