The Zandvoortselaan in Zandvoort is situated on the border of the forested inner dune ridge and the open dune landscape. Various ecotypes come together here in a small area. The Zandvoortselaan is a barrier for many different animals. Vista designed an ecoduct for this location. 

On the eastern side the ecoduct borders on the housing development along the Zandvoortselaan. A gate-like design was selected for this location. On the western side the shape of the ecoduct emphasizes the open, relief-rich dune landscape. A budget was calculated for the design, which then formed the basis for a subsidy application.
