In 2006 vista completed the Linieland regional vision. Within the vision was a proposal for a recreational transferium. This idea is further elaborated here in a design proposal connecting the service area along the A27 freeway with the hinterland and further, the recreational structure of region. 

The transferium consists of a small striking building, access routes for slow traffic (pedestrians, cyclists and canoeists), a pond, play areas and additional parking for cars and buses. The building houses an information center on the New Dutch Inundation Line, a rental for bicycles and canoes and has panoramic views over Linieland.
